These Terms of Use govern your use of the website at blockzo.io (the "Site") and the introducer services provided by Blockzo Ltd ("Blockzo", "we", "us") to its clients.

1. About Blockzo

Blockzo Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales 13660643. Registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, London, England, WC2H 9JQ.

Blockzo is a business introducer to regulated payment and cryptoasset service providers. Blockzo does not hold a licence to issue electronic money, provide payment services, or carry on cryptoasset business in its own name. Blockzo does not hold client funds at any time.

2. Our partners

When you become a client of Blockzo and choose to transact, your funds, transactions, and account relationship are with our regulated partners, not with Blockzo:

• Fiat payments and FX — The Currency Cloud Limited (FCA FRN 900199) for UK and non-EEA clients; CurrencyCloud B.V. (DNB Relation Number R142701) for EEA clients. Currencycloud's own terms apply: currencycloud.com/legal.
• Cryptoasset on-ramp and off-ramp — Universe Money. Universe Money's terms apply.
• Additional fiat services may be provided through GC Partner Limited or Equals Connect Limited where contractually active for a given client; in which case their respective terms apply.

You will be notified of the applicable partner terms during onboarding and asked to accept them directly.

3. Eligibility

Blockzo serves business clients (limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders operating commercially). We do not offer consumer services. Onboarding is subject to our partners' acceptance, including but not limited to anti-money-laundering checks, know-your-business checks, and source-of-funds verification.

4. Use of this Site

The Site is provided for general information. It does not constitute an offer to provide services, financial advice, or a recommendation. Nothing on the Site should be relied on as a substitute for legal, tax, or financial advice.

You may not use the Site to do anything unlawful, including any activity prohibited by our partners' restricted-activity lists.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, code) is owned by Blockzo Ltd or its licensors, and is protected by copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and download Site content for your own non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written consent.

6. Privacy and cookies

Our handling of personal data is described in our Data Privacy Policy. Our use of cookies is described in our Cookie Policy.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blockzo excludes all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site's availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Blockzo is not the provider of the regulated services accessed through our partners. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or services of our partners, save to the extent any liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blockzo's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site is limited to £100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Cryptoasset risk warning

Cryptoassets are high-risk and largely unregulated in the United Kingdom. You may lose all the money you put in. The Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) does not protect cryptoasset holdings. Past performance does not predict future returns. Tax may apply to cryptoasset transactions. Take time to consider whether cryptoasset services are right for you.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
